Sr. Helen Chasse, OSU was honored by the Zonta Club of Long Island as 2010 Woman of the Year for her work in advancing the status of women. As Director of the Tabor Retreat Center for the past 15 years, Sr. Helen has worked to empower women and help them to develop their full potential. Through her dedication to women, Tabor has become a sanctuary where women can come to reflect on themselves and their lives leading to spiritual and emotional growth.

Sr. Helen received her award at Zonta Club’s Women of the Year Dinner on March 11, 2010 held at the Inn at New Hyde Park.
